Rays Relieve Henderson of Duties

Marc Topkin broke the news on Twitter just a few minutes ago that the Rays have dropped hitting coach Steve Henderson but retained the rest of the staff. Color me stunned; I thought Hickey would have been the one to go out of the two main skill coaches. I wonder what the player reactions will be to this because he seemed to be very well liked by the hitters. The Rays are coming off a season in which they set a franchise record for runs scored and the pitching staff nearly gave up as many runs as the offense generated and yet the hitting coach is axed but the pitching coach stays? Things that make you go, wut???
